REPORTING TO

Managing Director

ROLE AND PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Bold St Media Office and provide administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing daily business operations to meet business requirements, inclusive of:
    • Accounting support
    • Procurement
    • HR Support
    • HSEQ Document Control
    • Commercial Support
    • Support travel and training course requirements
    • Managing offices supplies, equipment and facilities
    • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
    • Facilitate employee onboarding
  • Supporting the Managing Director and wider team with general admin assistance
  • Maintain and refine internal processes as well as managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Undertake other projects and tasks as appropriate to the role.

Initiative to understand where you can save the Managing Director time will be a driving force for expansion of the role.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a good level of general education of at least higher grade in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential.

  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise and delegate work to the team.

  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external parties on various projects and tasks.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload to meet demands.
  • Flexibility to suit business requirements.
  • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
