Aberdeenshire-based PR and marketing consultancy Bold St Media has made two new appointments to the team following continued business growth.
Emma Watt and Catherine Ramsay both join as Account Executives to support the delivery of strategic pr and marketing solutions for the agency’s expanding portfolio of clients.
This year alone, the firm has added B2B and B2C businesses to their client list from industries including energy, hospitality, renewables, technology and health and wellness. They have also more than doubled the team from three to seven employees since the start of the year and introduced videography as a new service offering.
Founder and Managing Director, Eilidh McCluskie said: “We have seen tremendous growth across our business in all facets in 2022 and I’m delighted to be ending the year on a high adding two new members to the team. Next year is already looking like an exciting and ambitious one for us with some flagship projects in the diary already for both existing and new clients. Our undivided focus, as ever is to support our client’s growth with dynamic pr and marketing activity that put them front and centre.”
Account Executive Emma Watt joins Bold St Media bringing communications experience from a broad range of sectors. Emma’s diverse career background, her passion for ‘to the point’ communication and ability to adapt in a fast paced, ever-changing media and digital world is what drew her to Bold St. Media. More recently Emma spearheaded and grew her own successful cake and confectionery business and has experience in successfully navigating and utilising social media outlets.
Emma commented, “I am really excited to be part of such a collaborative, friendly team at Bold St Media and I have enjoyed getting to know our client base so far. Bold St Media have big plans for 2023 and beyond, the opportunities are endless, and I am excited to be a part of their aspirations.
Catherine Ramsay joins the team straight from Robert Gordon University where she studied Fashion Management for the last four years. She has a strong understanding of the digital side of marketing and has already proved to be a vital asset to the team by creating fresh and exciting TikTok content for the business, demonstrating her digital content creator savvy.
Catherine added, “I am delighted to have joined Bold St Media and become an integral part of their growing team. Coming straight out of university and into such a fast-paced industry has been an exciting change for me and I am ready to put my university degree into practice.”
